Ranger Up is a new company that makes really cool shirts for the US military and the all the patriotic Americans who support the men and women of the Armed Forces. The guys that started and owned this company either were or are currently still in the military.
This MMA t shirt above is a tribute to Sityodtong, one of the best Muay Thai Academies in the United States and its owner Kru (Master) Mark DellaGrotte. He is considered by many in the MMA community as one of the best striking coaches in MMA. DellaGrotte has coached UFC fighters such as Kenny Florian, Marcus Davis, Stephan Bonnar, Patrick Cote and Jorge Rivera.
Here is a brief background story of this shirt: Ranger Up started their relationship with DellaGrotte when they began sponsoring Jorge Rivera, a former Army Cavalry Scout. They had become very impressed and inspired with DellaGrotte when they found out that DellaGrotte gave fighting clinics (for free and without media publicity) to soldiers getting ready to go into combat. And that he was a very loyal supporter of the military.
One night after Jorge Rivera won his fight, DellaGrotte mentioned he thought Ranger Up had cool shirts and that it would be cool if someone could come up with one for Sityodtong Muay Thai Acadamy. DellaGrotte was so moved when they surprised him with the shirt that he wanted to use the design to raise money to support the troop returning from the war in the Middle East.
With that said…. 10% of all purchases of this limited edition MMA shirt will be donated to Soldier’s Angels to support troops returning from war.
